The finest Personal Trainers in Cardiff present….. Our Boot Camp takes place every Saturday, 12.30 at the Train station Fitness Centre Cardiff Bay. Train in a team competing against another in the ‘Tyre Flip Challenge’ – Interval Lap Relays and SAQ Circuits. Go head to head with other clients in the dreaded ski squat battle or just simply try and out plank other! Clean, Press, Deadlift and Snatch Kettle bells in this intense, yet fun hour guaranteed to give you an immense calorie burn! And remember there are prizes for the winners so give it some boot and you may win the fruit!
