Outdoor Circuits

Our outdoor circuits and group sessions are set in the heart and splendour of the Cardiff Bay “Wharf” away from the hustle and bustle of City life.

Train around the beautiful lake in the most tranquil of surroundings. Sessions are operated on demand, and consist of both cardiovascular and resistance work.

A lively and challenging hour using a mix of equipment including dynabands,  free weights, skipping ropes, boxing gloves and stability balls, great for an intense calorie burn!
